- What happens next?
- Step 1: Please confirm your required information and submit any missing documents within 5 days. (See details below)
- Step 2: We will prepare and send your grant agreement for signing.
- Step 3: After the agreement is signed by all parties, we will submit a payment request to the finance team and they will make your payment within 10 business days. You can expect to receive the grant amount within 30 days after signing the agreement.
- Required actions
To proceed with your grant, please complete the following within the next 5 days:
- Log in to the Grantee Portal (Fluxx) and navigate to [GRANT ID] under "Proposals Need Attention."
- Click "Edit" (top-right corner) and select "**Required: Post Award Grantee Reply**" from the Table of Contents.
- Provide the requested information and upload any missing documents.
- Click "Save and Close" (bottom-right) and then "Submit Requirements" to notify Grant Administrators.
- Refresh the page—your proposal should move to "Under Review." If not, recheck your submission and click "Submit Requirements."

wikimedia.org as soon as possible. Failure to provide the requested information within 5 days may result in your grant being canceled.
- Grant agreement signature deadline
All parties must sign the grant agreement within 30 days of today’s approval date. If your timeline requires more than 30 days, please inform the Grant Administrators.
