If you have not already completed it, please log in to the Grantee Portal (Fluxx)[1] and ensure that all required information[2] is current and accurate in the “My User Info” and/or “My Organization Info” sections, including:

  • Your legal name (individual and organization) and date of birth
  • Mailing and email addresses
  • Non-expired identification (valid for at least 6 months)
  • Bank account information and bank account verification
  • Organization nonprofit proof (if applicable)

Fiscal sponsor:
You indicated in Fluxx that a fiscal sponsor will support this grant request. If you haven’t already, please:
  • Notify your Fiscal Sponsor organization about this request and confirm their willingness to serve as your fiscal sponsor.
  • Confirm if they charge a fiscal sponsor fee and include it in your budget request.
  • During the next review stage, we will reach out to your fiscal sponsor for formal confirmation.
