  1. Recruit new editors: Aims to recruiting more female editors of different age and get them actively involved
  2. Increase skills for existing editors
  3. Add or improve content: contents will be created and improved during the course of the project

It will be a three(3)day training

2. How have you let relevant Wikimedia communities know about this proposal? You are required to provide links to on-wiki pages to inform these communities about your proposed work. Examples of places where this can be done include community discussion pages, affiliate discussion pages, or relevant project talk pages.

3. How will you let participants know about the edit-a-thon? In what ways will you be communicating with them?

This project promise to be an impactful one as am willing to see to the fact that women are also actively involved in the wikimovement.

Impact[edit]

How will you know if the project is successful and you've met your goals? Please include the following targets:

  1. Number of events = 3
  2. Number of participants = 20
  3. Number of new editors = +10
  4. Number of of articles created or improved = 80+
  5. Number of repeat participants (for projects that include a series of events) = 5

What resources do you have? Include information on who is organizing the project, what they will do, and if you will receive support from anywhere else (in-kind donations or additional funding).

What resources do you need? For your funding request, list bullet points for each expense and include a total amount.

  1. Venue = 100 x 3 = 300 USD
  2. Refreshments (tea and lunch) = 12 x 20 = 240 x 3days = 720 USD
  3. Data and router hire, graphics: 100 x 3days + 50 = 350 USD
  4. Facemasks, Sanitizers and hand washes = 150 USD
  5. Participant gifts (Wikidata Branded Flask/Shirt) = 15 x 20 = 300 USD
  6. Certificate = 5 x 20 =100 USD
  7. Miscellaneous = 50 USD
