Project Goal[edit]
Choose one or more of the following goals. You can add or delete goals as needed. Reimburse for expenses of material used in Wiki related events and transport to and from venues where Wiki related activities take place. It is also nice to bring little gifts and local candy to international Wiki events to introduce people to Wikimedia Egypt.

1. Are you doing one editathon or training or a series of editathons or trainings?
- I am invited to hold Wikipedia editathons and workshops about Wikidata in several places inside Egypt. The problem is that the locations are far away and it is costly to get to those places. I also usually have printed material for the attendees to explain how Wikipedia/Wikidata/Wiktionary work. Finally, I usually need to give out business cards and little local gifts and candy to build more connections with those interested in Wiki activities.
2. How will you let your community know about the event? Please paste links below to where relevant communities have been notified of your proposal, and to any other relevant community discussions.
3. Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead the event?
- Yes, me.
4. Do participants have the equipment or skills needed to participate and contribute high quality content? If not, how will you support them?
5. How will you engage participants after the event(s)?
6. Is there anything else you want to tell us about this project?
- I really just need a little amount of money to help me move to different venues and promote Wikimedia Egypt without financial burden.
