Project Goal[edit]

  1. Celebrate 16th Birthday of Wikipedia
  2. Socialize with community members
  3. Recruit new editors
  4. Increase skills for existing editors
  5. Add or improve content
  6. To explore other Wikimedia projects in Hindi like, Wiktionary, Wikibooks, Wikisource etc.
  7. To discuss and evaluate strategies for 'Wikipedia Education program' With Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi Vishwavidyalaya Bhopal.

  1. Discussion on how to increase quantity and quality of articles on Hindi Wikipedia.
  2. Motivate and educate new Wikipedians (Professors and students) to create good quality Hindi Wikipedia articles/Translation/Wikibooks.
  3. Hindi wikipedians wants to start Wikipedia Education program with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi Vishwavidyalaya Bhopal-India (to which the university is also willing).
  4. Conducting edit-a-thons later and engaging more participants.

  1. We are already engaged with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi Vishwavidyalaya for creating Quality articles with monthly calendar activities for next 12 months

Although Madhya pradesh is heart of Hindi speaking belt but the presence of Wikipedians here is very lean ,we will try to increase the user-base as well as the Wikipedia articles create base in this region.

  1. जैसे कि आपने बताया इस सम्मेलन के आयोजन हेतु बजट बहोत कम है (2000 यूएस डॉलर)। ये सम्मेलन भोपाल में होनेवाला है इसलिए खर्च रुपये में होगा। यहाँ देखने से पता चलता है कि १ डॉलर का 67.94 रुपया होता है। २०००*67.94=१,३५,८८०/- का बजट है। देढ़ लाख रुपये का बजट कम है ?
  2. आपने कहा कि केवल १० सदस्यों को रेल का किराया दे पायेंगे। लेकिन इतनी ठंड में ए०सी० की जरुरत किसको है ? सदस्य शयनयान से भी आ सकते है और इसके लिए एक सदस्य का आने-जाने का खर्च ज्यादातर ₹१००० से ज्यादा नहीं होगा। ज्यादातर सदस्य तो खुद ही खर्च ऊठा लेते है। इसके लिए हमें विकि को दान में मिली रकम खुद के लिए खर्च करने की जरुरत नहीं लगती।
  3. सम्मेलन में केवल १० सदस्य ही आये इसका क्या फायदा ? विकि को फायदा होगा या आर्थिक नुकसान ? चुँकि विकिपीडिया को आजकल दान में बहोत बड़ी रकम मिलती हैं जिसका खर्च ऐसे फालतु तरीके से होता है। CIS-A2K, इन्डिया चॅप्टर ये सब कार्यक्रमो में करोड़ो रुपयें का खर्च हो चूका है जो फालतु है। और कुछ लोगो को विकिपीडिया में योगदान देनेमें नहीं किन्तु इसमें ही रस है। ये बात सही है या नहीं ?
  4. मैंने देखा कि आपने मार्च २०१५ में हिन्दी विकिपीडिया पे कुछ सम्पादन किये, उसके बाद आपने अगस्त २०१६ से आपने कुछ सम्पादन किये लेकिन आप शायद हिन्दी विकिपीडिया पर स्वत: परीक्षित सदस्य भी नहीं है, ना रोलबैकर, पुनरीक्षक या प्रबंधक है। आपका हिन्दी विकिपीडिया में इतना सक्रिय योगदान नहीं रहा है। फिर आपने हिन्दी विकिपीडिया के नाम से किसको पूछकर इतनी सारी ग्रान्ट लेली ? अगर हम ओनलाइन माध्यम से मिल सकते है तो ये सम्मेलन के लिए विकि को दान में मिली इतनी धनराशी का व्यय करना जरुरी नहीं है। सम्मेलन हम खुद तय करेंगे कि कब और कहा रखना है और इसमे प्रबंधक एवम सभी सक्रिय सदस्यों की राय लेकर तय किया जाए। आने-जाने और खाने का खर्च हम खुद ऊठा लेंगे या ग्रान्ट लेनी भी है तो भी तय करेंगे इसके पहले हम सम्मेलन से विकि को क्या लाभ होगा ये तय करेंगे।
  5. कुछ सवाल जो आपको खुद से पूछने चहिए...आपने कितनी बार चौपाल पर पधारकर नीति नियमों की चर्चाओं में भाग लिया? कितनी बार नए सदस्यों को तकनीकी जानकारी दी? कितने निर्वाचित लेख बनाए? कितनी विकिपरियोजनाओं में अपनी सशक्त भागीदारी दी? आदि-आदि..... इसके बाद आप हिन्दी विकिपीडिया के नाम से ग्रान्ट का प्रस्ताव रखते तो मैं जरुर समर्थन करता।--आर्यावर्त (talk) 10:55, 22 December 2016 (UTC)
नमस्ते आर्यावर्तमहोदय... कदाचित् आप हिन्दीविकिपीडिया-दल के द्वारा वोट्सेप् पर बनाये गये "हिन्दी विकिमित्र" नाम के दल में सम्मिलित नहीं हैं अतः ये बात (अंश 4) बोल रहे हैं। कृपया किसी विश्वस्त से जान ले कि, उस दल में क्या क्या चर्चा हुई। उस चर्चा के बाद ही सुयशजी ने ये भगिरथकार्य किया है। हमारे बहुत से पुरातन और अनुभवी सम्पादकों और प्रबन्धकों के मार्गदर्शन में ये कार्य किया गया। यदि कोई नवीन व्यक्ति इतना उत्साह दिखाता है, तो हमें उसको आगे रख कर कार्य करना चाहिये ये सोच ध्यान में ले कर सभी ने ये कार्य में सुयशजी को आगे किया है। विकिपीडिया पर वो कदाचित् नए होंगे परन्तु उनका व्यावसायिक और व्यक्तिगत अनुभव अधिक ही है। वे आरम्भ से सब सिखते आ रहे हैं। विकिपीडिया में भी कुछ लोग बडाई हांकते हैं कि, हम सम्पादन को नहीं कार्य की गुणवत्ता को अधिक महत्त्व देते हैं। परन्तु ऐसी स्थिति में इस बात को भूल जाते हैं।
लाभ और हानि (अंश 3) की चिन्ता हमें करनी चाहिये परन्तु हिन्दीविकीपिडिया के सन्दर्भ में, न की धनराशि के सन्दर्भ में। उसके लिये CIS-A2K, इन्डिया चॅप्टर इत्यादि संस्थाओं में विशेष दल होते ही हैं। तो हमें ये सब चिन्ता करके अवाञ्छित कहल उत्पन्न करने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है। उनको लगेगा कि, ये व्यय करने से कार्यक्रम सफल होगा, तो वें उचित धनराशि प्रदान करेंगे ही। यहाँ क्या व्यय हो रहा है उससे अधिक कार्यक्रम सफल होता है या नहीं ये अधिक महत्त्व रखता है।
ठंड मेंं एसी की क्या आवश्यकता ये बात वही कर सकते है जिन्होंने कभी लम्बी यात्रा न कि हो। जैसे की मैं भी बोलता था कि यहाँ से दिल्ली जाने में क्या समस्या है, शाम में बैठे सुबह वहाँ। परन्तु वो रात ऐसी होती है कि पुरा दिन व्यक्ति तंद्रा में ही होता है। तो वहाँ आने का उद्देश ही पूर्ण न हो और व्यक्ति तंद्रा में इधर उधर घुमता रहे, होटल के रूम में सो जाये तो भी धन व्यर्थ ही होगा। मेरी ही बात करता हूँ, यदि मुझे आने जाने की अच्छी सुविधा नहीं मिल पाई तो मैं कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित नहीं हो पाउँगा। इसके कई कारण है, परन्तु उल्लेखनीय कहता हूँ। 1. मेरे परिवार में निकटवर्ती समय में दो मृत्यु एक के बाद एक हो गई तो मैंने सभी छुट्टियों का उपयोग कर दिया। तो अधिक छुट्टियां नहीं मिल सकती। 2. मेरे पास उतनी धन राशि नहीं कि में विमान/वातानुकूल कक्ष के भाटक में अधिक धन और समय व्यय कर सकूँ। 3. IRCTC के जालस्थान पर देखा तो एक भी स्थान रिक्त नहीं है कर्णावती (अहमदाबाद) से भोपाल आने के लिये। (आप भी देखें।) परन्तु विकिपीडिया के लिये मेरी योगदान करने की इच्छा है, जो मैं CIS-A2K, इन्डिया चॅप्टर इत्यादि संस्था के सामने उपस्थापित करूँगा। यदि वो सहाय करते हैं और मेरे जैसे जो अन्य सम्पादक हैं वो सम्मेलन में अपना योगदान दे कर कार्यक्रम को सफल कर सकते हैं, तो कोई समस्या नहीं होनी चाहिये।
क्या आपने भारतीय संसद में सभी नियमों के लिये कभी मत दिया है? सभी को सभी कार्य नही आते हैं इस विषय को सम्पूर्ण विकिपिडिया समाज स्वीकार करता है। अत एव हम दल के रूप में कार्य करते हैं। तो सुयशजी ने किसी बात में अपना मत नहीं दिया तो क्या हुआ, इस बात में अपना मत दे कर कार्य करके के भी बता दिया। मत देगा वही कार्य का अधिकारी होगा ये तो कोई उचित तर्क नहीं। मैं आपको एक बात बताता हूँ, बहुत सारे सम्पादकों का मत है कि, "कुछ लोग" केवल बातों में ही पृष्ठ भर भर के लिखते हैं और वास्तविक सम्पादन में उनका कोई महत्त्वपूर्ण योगदान ही नहीं होता। तो मैं/हम इन सब से दूर रह कर केवल योग्य सम्पादन करने में ही विश्वास करता हूँ/करते हैं। ये वास्तविकता है और बहुत लोग इसे अपने व्यवहार से या शब्दों से परिभाषित कर चुके हैं करते भी हैं।
