In coincidence with the next strategic movement world events, we will launch the discussion in Algeria - using different methods to involve the participants.

Project Goal[edit]
Choose one or more of the following goals. You can add or delete goals as needed.
- Encourage WikiDZ community participation
- If needed : Document implementation ideas related to movement strategy
- Disseminate information about movement strategy recommendations to community. (using 10th recomandation)
- Coordinate community discussions
Project Plan[edit]
The covidal situation doesn't help us too much to find appropriate solutions.
- We are going to record an explicative video on the strategy in Algerian of about 10 minutes.
- and organize using the Zoom account, a public meeting on the strategy in 1h30.

- Algerian community, since the event is online - anyone outside WikiDZ is welcome to attend.
- How will you make sure everyone is invited?
- By using our databases of members contacts / shre event on social media / personal contacts
- How will you document community discussion(s) and feedback related to movement strategy? Who will be responsible for documenting these discussions?
- I will be the first person in charge of this meeting / I will be helped by a collaborator
- What is your facilitation plan to support productive discussions around movement strategy? Please also provide a link to a Friendly Space Policy That will be implemented to support these discussions.
- If you are requesting funding for online tools or services to support participation, please describe these services and how they will be used. If not, please write N/A.
- To avoid any inconvenience we have requested a full option corporate zoom account. this will allow us to use the streaming options and control ourselves without having to ask as we did in the past.
- If you are translating movement strategy materials, in what languages will you be supporting translation? Who will be responsible for doing the translations? If not, please write N/A.
- Into Arabic and/or French depending what we need to translate we estimate to max one week preparation aprox ~4h per day equal ~20h max translating time by myself or another person if i find given the very tight deadlines and that I can receive the funds in time to pay.
- Are you running any in-person events or activities? If so, you will need to complete the steps outlined in the Risk Assessment protocol related to COVID-19. When you have completed these steps, please provide a link to your completed copy of the risk assessment tool below:

- We would like to distribute a gift for each participant who attends the event. we offer a one-year OsmAnd Live subscription for ~9$ for every first 10 participants this subscription contains full access to wokipedia and wikivoyage on osmand/android or ios and will help support the openstreetmap community
