3. How will you let participants know about the edit-a-thon? In what ways will you be communicating with them?
For example, these can include on-wiki spaces, social media channels, mailing lists, messaging apps, or physical/online gatherings.

I will let them know by sharing fliers about the event on campus and pasting notice on departmental notice boards. I will also encourage the students to post on their Whatsapp Status for more visibility.

4. Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead the event? Please provide links to the usernames of these individuals.

5. Do participants have the equipment or skills needed to participate and contribute high quality content? If not, how will you support them?

Yes, participants are tertiary institution students that are computer literate. They have either a mobile phone or Laptop.

6. How will you engage participants after the event(s)?

I will create a WhatsApp group where I will answer post event questions and also organize goole meet meeting to discuss progress with participants.

User:Wikitician: I am an experienced Wikidata editor and I will be leading the event.
User:Samatics : He is an experienced Wikimedian and a prolific Wikidator editor. He understands how to facilitate Wikidata events. He will assist in facilitating the event.
User: Biowikician: He is also an experienced Wikidata editor and he will help with logistics and project management.
