Project Goal[edit]

  1. The meeting will serve as our annual gathering for the group's registered members.
  2. The meeting will also be used to write out the group's by laws ahead of renewing our chaptership bid

  1. What is the purpose of the meeting and why is it important to your community?
    • The meeting will serve as our annual gathering for the group's registered members.
    • The meeting will also be used to write out the group's by laws ahead of renewing our chaptership bid These are important because we want the entire group to be present when we discuss our plans for the year and also put our by laws together which is a requirement for our chapterhip application.
  2. If applicable, what benefits have you seen from doing this kind of meeting in the past?
    We have not had a meeting looking to bring all members for writing by laws and also discussing a year ahead of us.
  3. How will you let participants know about the meeting? Wherever 2017/2018 registered community members opted for group announcements should be sent to for them.
  4. How will you keep participants engaged after the meeting is over?
    Participants will be informed of the submission and feedback after submission to Affcom. Any Meta discussions needed will communicated to them so they participate further.
  5. Is there anything else you want to tell us about this project?
    Not at the moment

Participants[edit]

Please note. If you don't fill the form as required, your request won't be processed. If the grant is approved, you will have to pre-finance your trip, submit all that is required of you including corresponding receipts, before you will be reimbursed. The group will provide an expense form for you to give to vendors who can't give receipts. Without these, you will not get a refund. Thanks.
