1. Are you doing one editathon or training or a series of editathons or trainings?

2. How have you let relevant Wikimedia communities know about this proposal? You are required to provide links to on-wiki pages to inform these communities about your proposed work. Examples of places where this can be done include community discussion pages, affiliate discussion pages, or relevant project talk pages.
You may also provide information about external social media channels you may be using.

Social media usage include:Whatsapp,Facebook and Twitter.

3. How will you let participants know about the edit-a-thon? In what ways will you be communicating with them?
For example, these can include on-wiki spaces, social media channels, mailing lists, messaging apps, or physical/online gatherings.

 :This work can done through communication exercise and also a means will be provided to the people to know about our services under Wikipedia.

4. Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead the event? Please provide links to the usernames of these individuals.

5. Do participants have the equipment or skills needed to participate and contribute high quality content? If not, how will you support them?

in this term our dormant partners are ready to help in any way to see that the program will be accomplished by providing equipments needed for the project.

6. How will you engage participants after the event(s)?

if the primary reason of the project or program is achieved, and people are being satisfied with the services rendered by the project in such a way that the service will enhance the need and wants of the people and also being endorsed or support by them.

7. Are you running any in-person events or activities? If so, you will need to complete the steps outlined on the Risk Assessment protocol related to COVID-19. When you have completed these steps, please provide a link to your completed copy of the risk assessment tool below:

8. Is there anything else you want to tell us about this project?

After the accomplishments of the project people will get to know more about our service using Wikipedia and as an editor a seminar will be organize to inculcate the importance of Wikipedia to people.

Impact[edit]

How will you know if the project is successful and you've met your goals? Please include the following targets:

  1. Number of events 5
  2. Number of participants 20
  3. Number of new editors 15
  4. Number of of articles created or improved at least 100 Articles
  5. Number of repeat participants (for projects that include a series of events) 4

Resources[edit]

What resources do you have? Include information on who is organizing the project, what they will do, and if you will receive support from anywhere else (in-kind donations or additional funding).

:I have a team of (10) ten people who are ready to help in any way and also some dormant partners who are also ready to help in other for the project to be successful, at hand we have the knowledge impact of the project.

What resources do you need? For your funding request, list bullet points for each expense and include a total amount.

1.the working materials (e.g)laptops which cost at least the sum OF #200,000 naira only.

2.the place in which the program will be taken place and these may cost the sum of #150,000 naira only. 3.the wages to be given to each partner will cost the sum of #10,000 naira only. which in total of all partners per month is #100,000 naira only. 4.banners and shirts for the advertisement of the program will cost the sum of #70,000 naira only. 5.other expenses (e.g.)refueling the generator, electricity bills, foods, and business transportation will cost the sum #80,000. which makes the total sum of #600,000.
