Rationale[edit]
Based on my conversation with Marti, I have decided to proceed with a 1-month sprint focusing exclusively on my CollaborationKit work, with support from Brian Wolff and Jack Phoenix, from the second week of April to mid May. I have updated the timeline and milestones above to reflect the new expectations, based on where we are currently with the project and the remaining work that needs to be done. This work should represent the bulk of the remaining development work, with the Midpoint report being submitted either during this sprint or after, and the following few months will be much lighter work primarily focused on deployment and addressing and assessing user feedback, including waiting periods for process to resolve, from which findings will be made for the final report.
