Staffing Plan Wikimedia Colombia 2021[edit]

This is the first time that Wikimedia Colombia requests a professional team. We propose that it be made up of. Within the framework of the official consolidation of the chapter and in view of the world situation, we requested to hire a group of professionals to deal with the planning, objectives, activities and new virtual context.

Program Coordinator[edit]

Hours: full time (40 hours per week) Reports to: Executive Director Reports: Monthly Purpose of the work: Planning and execution of the Education Program.

Activities[edit]

Design and implementation of the Wikipedia Education, cultural and community Programs in Colombia:

Coordination of activities (workshops, courses and editathons) with different partners.
Design of educational, cultural, human rights and community materials.
Online course design, deployment and evaluation.
Evaluation and production of reports of the results including reports to Executive Director and Board.
