James Heilman is planning to speak at both Oxford University and at University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Trust as discussed here regarding how Wikipedia relates to health care and ongoing efforts by the Wikipedia community to improve coverage. D: Small community events[edit]

Events that reach small groups of up to 20 people for engaging the Wikimedia Community; they are intended to make the organization more agile and able to organize ad-hoc events where interest and volunteers materialize. They would be community-based gatherings with small expenses for rental, swag/brochures, refreshments and other small sundry items. Essentially, this an ad-hoc event support fund.

E: GLAM[edit]

GLAM relationship-building and meetings. These funds would be used to cover travel, parking, and miscellaneous expenses related to engaging institutions and groups for GLAM.

F: Program review & Strategy planning[edit]

This planning meeting is intended to review the programs of 2012 and discuss strategy for Wikimedia Canada in 2013. A first draft of the 2013 budget will be prepared at this meeting. The framework for the WMF grant reports will be established.
