From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki

Project summary

[edit]

Briefly summarize your project proposal.

Women's August meeting is an annual congress of married women in South East Nigeria. Women use the meetings to conceptualize and activate development plans that compliment the government projects in their different communities. The meeting has become an integral part of the culture in South East, Nigeria. Pictures of the activities that take place in meetings and the women who drive and participate in these meetings need to be added in the public domain. This project seeks to capture the activities of Women August meeting in 3 towns each of the 3 senatorial zones of Anambra State. A photo walk will be undertaken in the chosen towns during the 2025 Women August meeting.
