By creating and improving relevant articles, it seeks to address content gaps and highlight the achievements of women in these areas. The project will engage the community through activities like edit-a-thons and workshops to foster a more inclusive and diverse representation on the project.

- I will conduct a series of training and editathon in two days.
2. How have you let relevant Wikimedia communities know about this proposal? You may also provide information about external social media channels you may be using.
- I have let them know by reaching out to them through social media channels, i.e WhatsApp.
3. How will you let participants know about the edit-a-thon? In what ways will you be communicating with them?
For example, these can include on-wiki spaces, social media channels, mailing lists, messaging apps, or physical/online gatherings.
- I will let them know by communicating with them through phone calls social media channels and other communication process.
4. Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead/assist the event? Please provide links to the usernames of these individuals. (NOTE: all experienced Wikimedia editors MUST endorse and sign your proposal as proof of availability)

- Yes, I have a confirmation that my participants have their equipment like smart phones, laptops and so on which will help them to participate and contribute a high quality content.
6. How will you engage participants after the event(s)?
- I will engage them by creating WhatsApp group which will be used for solving their problems about hidden issues.
7. Is there anything else you want to tell us about this project?
- This project not only aims to fill content gaps about women in arts and feminism but also strives to engage and empower contributors from diverse backgrounds. It will create opportunities for hands-on learning and collaboration, fostering a more inclusive and representative Wikipedia. We hope to inspire ongoing contributions and discussions that promote gender equity and diverse perspectives.

Metrics tracking

I will create a Wikimedia event dashboard to track each metric.

- Events' hall = N40,000×2=80,000.
- Events' banner = N15,000.
- Projector rental:N10,000
- Tags and flyers: N15,0000.
- Branded Tshirts for the organizer and Facilitator: N6,000×2=12,000
- Food and refreshments to the participants and Facilitators = N2,500×22=N55,000 × 2 (for two days) = N110,000.
- Contingency = 20,000.
Total amount = 262,000.
