1. Are you doing one editathon or training or a series of editathons or trainings? This training is for public awareness on Cholera and since it's a secondary and tertiary students we are targeting we will explain our aims and objectives and we will train new editors from the interested participants

2. How have you let relevant Wikimedia communities know about this proposal? You may also provide information about external social media channels you may be using. Since this is a proposal we have not started working on it yet until it's been approved for execution, after it's been approved we will carryout out necessary details on it

3. How will you let participants know about the edit-a-thon? In what ways will you be communicating with them?
For example, these can include on-wiki spaces, social media channels, mailing lists, messaging apps, or physical/online gatherings. This will be included in the graphics sent out for training and it will be broadcast through social media handles and the community groups from physical to virtual

4. Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead/assist the event? Please provide links to the usernames of these individuals. (NOTE: all experienced Wikimedia editors MUST endorse and sign your proposal as proof of availability)

5. Do participants have the equipment or skills needed to participate and contribute high quality content? If not, how will you support them? We are expecting participants to have a mobile device and Internet connection but if they don't have Internet connection we will provide one during the training

6. How will you engage participants after the event(s)? we will create a Whatsapp group to keep the participants involved in every stage and we will give them mentorship training

7. Is there anything else you want to tell us about this project? This Project is a two in one project, the main project which is public awareness on Cholera and the editorship on Wikipedia

This Project is a Wikipedia Project and it will be organized by we the editor in Wikipedia, what we will be doing is to look for venues for the training, write letters to our focused institution on training and doing public awareness for the training
