We will be have One physical event and One edit-a-thon contest
Physical event: The wikidata birthday is a global celebration that brings wikimedia together to celebrate one of the wikimedia sister project that improved the database of articles through wikidata items. We aim to celebrate the day with a brief talk about wikidata and how participants can contribute to wikidata and how they can use wikidata easily.
Exposing them to various wikidata technical tools and how they can be used.
The physical event will also be an opportunity to receive new members into the community and introduce them to the wikimedia movement and the community. During the physical event there will be a short edit-a-thon for participants to have practical experience on wikidata.
Edit-a-Thon Contest: There will be an edit-a-thon contest After the event for participants to create and improve wikidata items and also be among the top contributors to win prizes during the period of the campaign.
2. How have you let relevant Wikimedia communities know about this proposal?
You may also provide information about external social media channels you may be using.

For example, these can include on-wiki spaces, social media channels, mailing lists, messaging apps, or physical/online gatherings.
Awareness Advocacy: One of the basic goals of this campaign to create more awareness about the fan club and also expand the community reach, We will be achieving this by creating awareness about the campaign/Fan Club via the use of E-fliers,Fliers,posters and hand bills. The already mentioned items will help the community and other people know about the campaign and also about the community.
Communication: we will be communicating with our community members via our WhatsApp platform. To be able to connect with them and share information about the incoming project and how they can effectively participate.
We will also be using various social media platforms to make publicity about the campaign and also encourage our participants to join the campaign meta page to be updated on the campaign and the results of the contest.
We will also be using electronic mails to communicate with our participants officially through the fan club’s email.
