Metrics tracking
[edit]How do you plan to track your project metrics? (do not create a metrics dashboard until your project has been approved for funding)
- To enhance monitoring of project metrics, we will implement a thorough strategy, including the establishment of a dedicated dashboard. This centralized platform will enable the continuous tracking and analysis of participants' contributions, emphasizing metrics like the quantity of uploaded quality images. The dashboard, offering real-time updates and visualizations, facilitates monitoring individual progress and gauging the collective impact of the project. It allows prompt identification of areas needing additional support or intervention. Furthermore, the dashboard supports the generation of comprehensive reports on project metrics, providing insights into overall performance, facilitating evaluation, and pinpointing areas for enhancement. Regular metric reviews and data analysis empower us to make informed decisions, refine strategies, and ensure the project's effectiveness.
