[edit]Briefly summarize your project proposal. This project aims to improve the quality, completeness, and reliability of structured data about women academics on Wikidata. While many women scholars might already have entries, many items are incomplete, poorly referenced, duplicated, or missing important identifiers and relationships, or not being documented at all.

1. Are you doing one editathon or training or a series of editathons or trainings?
I will be doing an edit-a-thon and a training
2. How have you let relevant Wikimedia communities know about this proposal? You may also provide information about external social media channels you may be using.
I have a wikimedia community and team to work with here in Ojo Lagos to carry out this project,
Also I will be inviting other experienced wikimedians around to come participate and guide new contributors.
3. How will you let participants know about the edit-a-thon? In what ways will you be communicating with them?
For example, these can include on-wiki spaces, social media channels, mailing lists, messaging apps, or physical/online gatherings.
I will be informing participants by posting on the Wikimedia community group chat and also doing a follow up until the day of the project and even after on the WhatsApp group chat.
4. Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead/assist the event? Please provide links to the usernames of these individuals. (NOTE: all experienced Wikimedia editors MUST endorse and sign your proposal as proof of availability)

Yes, participants have the necessary equipments and skills to execute this project, and I will only be supporting them with Data reimbursements.
6. How will you engage participants after the event(s)?
I will still use the WhatsApp community group chat to follow up on them and pass messages across to them.
7. Is there anything else you want to tell us about this project?
This project will be carried out in LASU(Lagos State University Ojo Campus) to help build the capacity and knowledge of new contributors and keep them engaged.

Through a metrics dashboard to monitor the contributions of participants
Contest & prize-giving events

Through the dashboard, top contributors will be determined, and also, I and my fellow facilitators will review every contribution to ensure they meet the Wikimedia quality standards before determining winners.

I have a gadget for the execution and the pre- program preparation, and communication and follow up process.
I Chioma Bibiana Okeke User:Bibisuccess will be leading this project, thereby overseeing the whole process of the project to it's execution and reporting process, them User:MissMooooo will be the communications lead for the project and User:Mercyjamb123 will be a co- facilitator and an experienced wikimedia to assist and guide new wikimedians.
I won't be receiving and support from anywhere else, because I haven't planned on seeking for support externally.
