- This Project will be in collaboration with the Catholic Youth Organization of Nigeria(CYON), St Michael’s Catholic Church, Delta State. This body has a large number of vibrant and energetic youth members who speak the Anioma dialect fluently. We will be introducing them to the Wikimedia Foundation, equipping them with skills and information to access the Lingua Libre tool, where they will be documenting by oral pronunciation, selected words and sentences. These recordings will be safely stored on Wikimedia Commons for global usage, especially for future generations to enjoy.

- I will be doing 1 Training and 1 Editathon which will last for 7 days.
2. How have you let relevant Wikimedia communities know about this proposal? You may also provide information about external social media channels you may be using.
I have informed the WUGN community of this project on the talk page above.
3. How will you let participants know about the edit-a-thon? In what ways will you be communicating with them?
For example, these can include on-wiki spaces, social media channels, mailing lists, messaging apps, or physical/online gatherings.
- Participants which are the youth members of St Michael’s Church, Delta state will be informed on their upcoming meeting day. Also a WhatsApp group chat will be created for interested participants, where informations will be passed.
4. Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead/assist the event? Please provide links to the usernames of these individuals. (NOTE: all experienced Wikimedia editors MUST endorse and sign your proposal as proof of availability)

- All participants have access to smartphones and laptops for editing. Data and training skills on the Lingua Libre tool will be provided for participants.
6. How will you engage participants after the event(s)?
- Further informations and engagements will be done in the already created WhatsApp groupchat. This will help in retainability and sustainability of the new editors.
7. Is there anything else you want to tell us about this project?
- This project will go a long way in bringing In knowledge about the Wikimedia Foundation into the Delta State region as well as recruiting active and energetic youths into the Usergroup.

Metrics tracking
[edit]How do you plan to track your project metrics? (do not create a metrics dashboard until your project has been approved for funding) An outreach dashboard will be created for this purpose. Also, a Meta page will be created for this purpose.
Contest & prize-giving events
[edit]How would you decide the winners of your contest (If you are going to have a contest, what is your scoring criteria) A mini contest will be held for the new participants. Where we will be using the outreach dashboard to decide winners based on qualitative and quantitative contributions.

- User:Sayvhior is the project organizer. He will also train participants on the use of the Lingua Libre tool.
- User:Senator Choko will be the Guest speaker, speaking to the new participants about the Wikimedia Foundation.
