1. Are you doing one editathon or training or a series of editathons or trainings?

2 days photo tour, and one training on how to upload photos on Wikicommons and how to edit Wikipedia articles

2. How have you let relevant Wikimedia communities know about this proposal? You may also provide information about external social media channels you may be using.

We will post it on Whatsapp group and other social media platforms

3. How will you let participants know about the edit-a-thon? In what ways will you be communicating with them?
For example, these can include on-wiki spaces, social media channels, mailing lists, messaging apps, or physical/online gatherings.

We will let them know via WhatsApp group and phone calls

4. Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead/assist the event? Please provide links to the usernames of these individuals. (NOTE: all experienced Wikimedia editors MUST endorse and sign your proposal as proof of availability)

  • Food and drinks (for two days photo tour of 5 people) = ₦25,000 x 2 = ₦50,000
  • Photo tour movements (2 days) = ₦30,000 x 2 for 5 people = ₦60,000
  • T-Shirt = ₦6,000 × 3 = 18,000
  • Camera hiring rental = ₦16,000 x 2 camera (for 2 days) = ₦32,000
  • Hall (for unloading and training) = ₦30,000
  • Projector hiring = ₦10,000
  • Banner and fliers = ₦15,000
  • Food and drinks (for 10 participants during physical training) = 1500 × 10 = ₦15,000
  • Contingency = ₦20,000
  • Total = ₦250,000
