- This project aim to create awareness about Wikimedia within Yaba College of Technology.
- And Improving and documenting notable women on Wikidata involves enhancing the database entries related to women who have made significant contributions in various fields, such as science, arts, politics, and social movements. This process includes
- Adding missing information, such as biographical details, achievements, and references from reliable sources.
- And creating new entries for women who are not yet documented, creating new Wikidata items to ensure their contributions are recognized.

1. Are you doing one editathon or training or a series of editathons or trainings?
- It's going to be a three (3) days training which is a day physical training and 2days online training after that a 2week Edit-a-thon will commence
2. How have you let relevant Wikimedia communities know about this proposal? You may also provide information about external social media channels you may be using.
- Through community meta talk page here [1]and community WhatsApp group
3. How will you let participants know about the edit-a-thon? In what ways will you be communicating with them?
For example, these can include on-wiki spaces, social media channels, mailing lists, messaging apps, or physical/online gatherings.
- Physical gathering at the higher institution(Yabatech) and also making sure the course representatives reminds them about the event steady. And also they will be reminded about the event through the WhatsApp group i will create that very day at the physical gathering and also through mailing list
4. Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead/assist the event? Please provide links to the usernames of these individuals. (NOTE: all experienced Wikimedia editors MUST endorse and sign your proposal as proof of availability)

- The WhatsApp group created will be were i will keep on engaging them with subsequent trainings on wikidata and other sisters project
7. Is there anything else you want to tell us about this project?
- This project will focus on different occupation of women, creating and improving items about them on Wikidata and with this project the student will know they can contribute to Wikimedia
