Grants:Wikimedia UG Nigeria Grants/Wikimedia User Group Nigeria Community Support Fund/Naija Publish: Building the Nigerian Publishing Index on Wikidata

From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki

Project summary

[edit]

Briefly summarize your project proposal. Publishers and Publishing Companies play a very vital role to the growth and advancement of literary works in Nigeria and the world at large, although in most cases they are neglected. This project seeks to put an end to this sidelining by putting up information about these companies for the masses to see and use. We will be making use of Wikidata, one of the Wikimedia Foundation projects for this purpose.
