Project summary

[edit]

Briefly summarize your project proposal.

The WUGN-KATSINA Network Incubator Project for Wikimedia Editors is a structured development program focused on incubating new and emerging Wikimedia editors within the Katsina community. The initiative is designed to provide a guided environment where participants are introduced to core Wikimedia editing principles, gradually build practical editing skills, and receive continuous mentorship throughout their learning journey. As an incubator, the project emphasizes step-by-step growth, hands on practice, and close support to help participants move from beginner level to confident and independent contributors. It also creates a learning ecosystem where editors can collaborate, receive feedback, and develop the competence needed to actively contribute to Wikimedia projects in a sustainable way.
