Comments from FDC staff on Wikimedia Deutschland’s Q3 report[edit]

Appreciation[edit]

  • Thank you for sharing your success in working together with other German-speaking chapters to implement MS Wissenschaft. We are glad to see more visible collaboration among these groups described in your reports.
  • We are glad to learn that you felt that revising your development plan for Wikidata was successful, and has benefited the project, allowing you to focus better.
  • Thank you for sharing your work on the reuse tool. We hope it ends up being used, and that you have plans in place to track its use. We are interested to see the results of the "GLAM on Tour" GLAM meeting format video tutorials, and hope you are also planning to track how they are used.
  • Thank you for sharing your great successes and your challenge around Coding da Vinci. We were excited to hear about how well-attended and productive the hack-a-thon was, and look forward to your solutions for getting the datasets released.
  • We are interested in your strategies for leveraging partnerships, and how you are integrating this idea into existing programs such as Coding da Vinci. We are also interested in your strategies for mapping potential partnerships systematically to address gaps. Thank you for leading this strategic thinking in this important area.
