Notice of delay on Q3 report[edit]

Due to a security flaw in Drupal we have today removed our website from the internet. We are investigating if we are affected and how we safely can get back up on track through proper restores of backups.

Unfortunatly, since this affects CiviCRM, where we have our accounting, we will not be able to submit our report today. It is a bit hard to predict when we can be up and running again, but due to the heavy load on the ISP (we have not recieved our requested backups yet) and the upcoming holiday, I would suspect it may not happen before the weekend.

I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience. --Jan Ainali (WMSE) (talk) 22:58, 30 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Jan. It seems like the Q3 financial information is still missing from this report. Will you be able to provide us with an estimate of when you can add it? Thank you, Winifred Olliff (FDC Support Team) talk 21:04, 11 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Comments from FDC staff on Wikimedia Sverige’s Q3 report[edit]

Thank you, colleagues at WMSE, for this report and for trying something out with the videos! KLove (WMF) (talk) 21:43, 9 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • We are excited that some of your GLAM training on work appears to have become sustainable; people are carrying forward in training even when WMSE is no longer involved!
  • The short videos and sounds are an interesting addition to the report. Thanks for experimenting with more ways to share your work around videos and sounds. We loved the opportunity to see some of your staff, and in general, encourage video sharing in these reports.
  • The intriguing “Då och Nu” photos are the result of an interesting collaboration between Europeana, the National Heritage Board, and your chapter.
  • We continue to enjoy learning about the results of the technology pool, and the high quality images coming out of that work. We appreciate that you include metrics about the technology pool that help us understand the results.
  • Thanks for the videos in Swedish for training people in using Visual Editor. We look forward to learning about any feedback about how useful or effective the materials are for Swedish users.
  • Since WMSE has made some progress with batch uploads (with museums), we hope you will share more about this work and its outcomes in future reports. This could be valuable to others doing similar work.
  • We are interested in the use of badges in some of your online courses and look forward to better understanding your rationale for the work with badges and what the results are.
  • We would love to continue to learn about how the chapter supports Wikimini.
  • One question: we were confused about why you included Q4 numbers in the media metrics, while this report addresses Q3. Is this because you had partial numbers for Q4 already available?
