Documentation of expenditures[edit]

We received a spreadsheet documenting the expenses of the grant, and the grantees have kept receipts on file. At this time, we did not require that all grantees submit receipts unless requested by WMF, so this documentation is considered complete. Request for reallocation[edit]

I am documenting publicly that this request for reallocation to WM IN Chapter activities was approved by WMF at the time this report was submitted. Winifred Olliff (Grants Administrator) talk 18:44, 12 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Status of wireless router[edit]

Is anyone able to update WMF on the current location of the wireless router that was purchased with grant funds? Is it currently in the possession of the WM IN Chapter? I know it has been quite some time, but if the location of the router is known, kindly confirm it here. Thanks, Winifred Olliff (Grants Administrator) talk 18:44, 12 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The wireless router is currently in possession of User:Theo10011 in New Delhi. — Nearly Headless Nick {C} 01:13, 13 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I think it's been lying in my house for more than an year, in the same box it came in. I informed anirudh to have someone from the chapter pick it up when they pass through Delhi, no one got in touch with me about it, In fact, I remember I might have even asked Hisham to take it at one point. I haven't travelled in the chapter's ,direction, but if anyone wants, they can still pick it up from my place or I can have it sent to the former WMF office in delhi. BTW Winifred, this was about 20-25 USD, seem minor and awfully particular to follow up on 2 years after? Theo10011 (talk) 20:17, 13 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, Theo and Nearly Headless Nick: First, thanks you for the updates. I know it has been a long time. Yes, indeed it is a very minor expense, but we try to be careful whenever grant funds are spent to purchase equipment. It would be best if the router were eventually returned to the chapter at some point or otherwise repurposed for movement activities. Thanks for making an effort to return it and confirm its whereabouts. Winifred Olliff (Grants Administrator) talk 02:21, 7 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No problem Winifred. As I said earlier, chapter board members or WMF contractors working in Delhi are free to pick it up whenever they want. Regards. Theo10011 (talk) 17:27, 8 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
