Report accepted[edit]

Dear Unhammer,

Thank you for submitting this Midpoint Report. I'm approving your report now, with my sincere apologies for my own delay in responding--this has been an overwhelmingly busy time recently and the delay in no way reflects the value of your project. I regret not getting back to you sooner to support your work on this tool and the concrete contributions it makes to our Projects.

The tools you've built are a significant contribution in themselves, but the guides you've written go above and beyond other efforts I've seen to share your work in a way that empowers others to replicate and extend it. I really appreciate that you've not only provided clear technical documentation, but have also written a HOWTO as well as a learning pattern. Your background in collaborative software communities really shines in this report. In fact, I'm sure I'll use this report in the future to guide other software-related grantees in their thinking about leaving a trail behind them.

You've indicated in your Midpoint Report that you may be interested in a renewal, but I don't see a link to one in your Final Report. If this is something you are still considering, let's plan a meeting to talk further about your ideas.

Warm regards,
