Moving of the grant start date to November 16, 2019[edit]

Good day Alex!

Thank you for approving this request.This would be very helpful to the Bikol Sentral community. However, I would like to request to move the start date of the project from October 12 to November 16, 2019. The project will run for the same four consecutive Saturdays. For the reason that I didn't started the training yet last October 12 for the lack of funding. Instead i dedicated the time in preparing the materials of instruction and looked for possible sponsors if not approved. Also, I notified the participants that the date is temporary and depends solely on the approval of the funding.
