Report Accepted[edit]

Hello Jamie Tubers , thank you for running this campaign. It was really cool to see all the different videos. Thank you for including the notable ones, I enjoyed watching all of them. It was also great to explore the links to the landing page, Did you know? posters and Commons uploads. Some comments I have for you:

  • On the landing page, it would have been nice to see a link to the videos you've posted in other places and/or the list of winners so it continues views to the videos and increases your awareness.
  • What I gather from your challenges is that, while the campaign was great (I believe 200,000 unique views is fantastic even if it doesn't meet your goals), the different aspects of this grant are not within the budget we offer in our program. The video promotion and finding enticing prizes both require quite a bit of money.

I'm glad that you were able to carry out this project and I wish we had bigger budget available to you to do this bigger and better. But in the absence of that it would be interesting to explore other ways we can increase awareness within the rapid grants budget. Thank you again for all your work on this project. I am accepting your final report and expense documentation. Best regards, WJifar (WMF) (talk) 04:27, 16 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your feedback. I'd add links to the videos on the landing page and also list the winners there, as you have suggested.
Like you said; even though the goals were not entirely met, this campaign was a success in so many other ways, and yea, I hope to plan other awesome awareness projects in the future! Thank you so much!--Jamie Tubers (talk) 02:38, 27 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
