Examples of bad vs. good questions[edit]

This is good, but could do with more examples of bad vs good. I had in mind some click-and-show like these, so readers can be encouraged to think how the first displayed example could be improved ... some hints ... then a possible solution. But I can't find any appropriate syntax on Meta. Tony (talk) 22:47, 4 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Tony1, I think we can use Template:Collapse top and Template:Collapse bottom to get the effect you want. There's an example here. And +1 on adding hints. Jmorgan (WMF) (talk) 20:53, 5 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Jmorgan (WMF) – the only problem is that "Extended content" is displayed on the coloured overlay, whereas here we need the ability to name each successive overlay (e.g., "Hint", "Possible solution", "Further comments", etc.). I wonder whether anyone can transfer a template from en.WP to Meta, just by grabbing the original text and creating it here. I know little about tech. Tony (talk) 10:14, 6 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
