Dear Board,

I am writing to confirm the amendment to the grant, which will allow us to invest funds in the team required for the program and events dashboard improvement, as well as to cover other service costs incurred by the hub.

I want to confirm that this amendment includes the additional funding of BRL 270,035. Additionally, we will include the BRL 40,000 related to the currency loss from the first grant payment. The updated amount in BRL for the amendment would therefore be BRL 310,035. This would result in a total value of the overall grant of BRL 1,177,035 (BRL 867,000 + BRL 310,035).
