The conference presents a strong opportunity to bring together the Bangla Wikimedia communities and strengthen regional collaboration and community development.

We appreciate the additions around post-conference engagement, including clear follow-up plans and measurable outcomes to sustain momentum.

The organizing team demonstrates solid capacity and experience, with clearer roles and structure outlined in the revised proposal.

The budget is appropriate and aligned with the scale and regional scope of the event. The proposal reflects a clear sense of community identity and ownership, which is encouraging to see.

Suggestions for the organizers

Finalise and incorporate updated Community Engagement Survey findings to further strengthen objectives and program design.

Continue refining objectives using measurable indicators to clearly guide outcomes and evaluation. Strengthen risk and safety planning by clearly outlining contextual risks, responsible team members, and escalation processes.

Ensure continued focus on sustaining post-conference impact, including tracking and supporting the proposed cross-community initiatives.
