I would like to seek further clarification regarding the statement in the committee's feedback that the Open Knowledge Conference is an iteration of a recurring event.

At present I'm not been able to identify prior editions of this event under the same name or format. To better understand the basis of this evaluation, could the committee kindly provide more details on:

• Under what name(s) and format(s) previous iterations of this event were conducted?
• How those past events are connected to the current Open Knowledge Conference proposal?
• What criteria were used to determine its continuity as a recurring even?
