[edit]Dear CEE Meeting Organizing Team,
Thank you for your submission and engagement throughout the review process. The Conference Committee has now reviewed your proposal, please find below our feedback:
Overall feedback The proposal demonstrates strong organizational capacity and builds on a well-established model that continues to deliver value to the region.
It is encouraging to see the evolution of the program toward more outcome-driven sessions, including hands-on workshops, mentorship, and structured approaches to safer dialogue.
The inclusion of Users with Extended Rights and Central Asian communities strengthens the regional scope and inclusivity of the event.
The program design is ambitious and innovative, and the added clarity on facilitation, outputs, and documentation is a positive step.
The budget is overall aligned with the scale of the event, and clarifications provided (e.g., AV outputs, roles) are appreciated.
Suggestions for the organizers
Continue refining the articulation of priority capacities (e.g., governance, partnerships, GLAM, on-wiki leadership) and how these link to outcomes from the event.
Ensure strong documentation, synthesis, and knowledge transfer so that learnings are effectively shared with the wider region and future organizers.
Maintain a balanced approach between strategic discussions and practical skill-building to maximize participant takeaways.
On behalf of the Conference Committee, we are pleased to let you know that your proposal has been approved.
