FTEsは0のままでいいのでしょうか？19.2.のFTEsは、週あたり16時間が半年続くなら、0.2 FTEs といったように、（1より小さくてもいいので）フルタイム換算で答えることが求められていると思います。この点については、確認を取ったことがあります。 whym (talk) 09:19, 28 March 2025 (UTC)

御助言ありがとうございます。人件費の設定は初挑戦なもので、仔細がピンとこず……、１というのは、フルタイム勤務１日という意味だろうかと察しますが、ウィキメディアではフルタイム勤務は何時間に相当するのでしょうか。図書館総合展関係の作業が多発する繁忙期とその他の時期で雇用時間数も変わるので、換算基準（計算式？）をご存じでしたらお知らせいただけるとありがたいです。近日中に担当者と面談が予定されているので、そちらでも尋ねてみますが、母語以外は理解力に乏しいので日本語で説明いただけるとたいへんうれしく……！　ご負担でなければ、サポートいただけますでしょうか。よろしくお願いします。--漱石の猫 (talk) 09:21, 5 April 2025 (UTC)

I understand, Jacqueline. I have wanted to share the various anxieties and hopes of new people as much as possible and contribute to the healthy development of the community, but as the people involved have become more diverse and the scope of our activities has gradually expanded, I have honestly been worried about the future, as it has become more difficult for me to carry out both physically and mentally as a volunteer. I think it was a good time to let go of the burden that was too much for me to handle as an individual.
