Thank you for submitting your report. As you may be aware, in light of the implementation of Wikimedia Foundation Affiliates Strategy, General Support Fund recipients are currently expected to submit one report instead of two (GSF final report and Affiliate report) to fulfill their reporting obligation as a recognized Wikimedia movement affiliate. The report is reviewed by both the Community Resources program officers and the Affiliations Committee (AffCom), the latter with regards to the new Affiliate Health Criteria.

I am sharing the following review of your report from the Committee Support team side, on behalf of AffCom:

• Criteria 3.3 Universal Code of Conduct compliance [Q14]: The report does not include detailed links or disclosures regarding governance, leadership elections, or decision-making. Further documentation would be needed to assess the transparency of leadership and governance processes. Compliance with UCoC is acknowledged, but specific awareness or implementation activities were not described.
