We have completed the initial review of your application and we decided to not fund it. We made this decision considering the following reasons:

• Low contribution in terms of number of contributions on target Wikimedia project as per your recent contribution history on the target Wikimedia project(s).
• Duplication of efforts and lack of coordinated efforts. We recommend working closely with Wikimedia Uganda User Group that already receives annual funding to organize similar projects.

Thanks for the reply. I've understood all your points but not the last point about duplication of efforts and your recommendation to work with Wikimedia Uganda.

I stated it explicitly in the application that i am nolonger part of Wikimedia Uganda and dont wish to be part of it any more. so in future applications, this reason should nolonger suffice as a reason .
