Hello , thank you for submitting your Rapid Fund request.

We appreciate your willingness to contribute to the Wikimedia Movement.We have completed the initial review of your application and we decided to not fund it. We made this decision based on : your experience contributing to the English Wikipedias which we see you have mentioned as the target Wiki to train others to contribute to. It was also challenging to reconcile some of the activity and budget components such as purchase of movie tickers with the intended impact of the project.
