We have completed the initial review of your application and we decided to not fund it. We made this decision considering the following reasons:

• On-wiki experience and recent contribution history of the main applicant and the team on the target Wikimedia project(s).
• Duplication of efforts and lack of coordinated efforts. We recommend working closely with other groups in Tanzania that already receive annual funding to organize similar projects.
