Hello Jonny Frosty , thanks for submitting your Rapid Fund request. We appreciate your willingness to contribute to the Wikimedia Movement.

We have completed the initial review of your application and we decided to not fund it. We made this decision considering the following reasons:

  • On-wiki experience and recent contribution history of the main applicant and the team on the target Wikimedia project(s).
  • Duplication of efforts and lack of coordinated efforts. We recommend working closely with other groups in Tanzania that already receive annual funding to organize similar projects.
