Project sustainability

The project is documenting water transport in lagos and since this is the first time we will be having a project centered on geography and creating  awareness about traffic decongestion in lagos through water transport.

Aim and Objectives of the Project

Expanding the water transport network would not only reduce the burden on roads but also offer faster and more efficient travel for commuters in key areas like Ikorodu, Lekki, and Victoria Island. Strengthening ferry services and improving waterway infrastructure could provide an environmentally friendly solution, connecting residential.

We hope to lay a strong foundation for the utilization of Wikimedia outcomes, particularly among the youth. Participants will be trained in contributing effectively to various Wikimedia projects such as Wikipedia and Wikicommon.
