As one of the facilitators, I believe it will help improve the quality of Hausa Wikipedia and make sure the information is correct and well-organized.

The team behind the project is experienced and passionate, and I’m confident they will do a great job. This project will really benefit our community and help more people trust and use Hausa Wikipedia.

I strongly endorse this proposal. As a facilitator and active contributor within the Hausa Wikimedia community, I believe this project is timely and essential. It focuses on addressing content quality gaps and ensuring data integrity across both Hausa Wikipedia and Wikidata. The proposed activities will help strengthen the reliability of Hausa-language content and support the growth of skilled contributors. I am confident in the team’s ability to deliver meaningful results and fully support their efforts.

I am happy to support this project. As someone who helps train others in the Hausa Wikimedia community, I know how important it is to have good quality articles on Hausa Wikipedia. This project is focused on fixing and improving many of the articles that are already there, and also making sure they are well connected to Wikidata. This will help readers get better information and help editors learn useful skills. The team behind this project knows what they are doing, and I believe they will make a big difference

Hello Sirjat, thanks for submitting your Rapid Fund request. We appreciate your willingness to contribute to the Wikimedia Movement.

We have completed the initial review of your application and we decided to not fund it. We made this decision considering the following reason:

  • This proposal lacks more information on how the team specifically plans to engage with the local community and ensure the project's long-term impact.

We encourage you to re-submit another application for the next round with a more clear and realistic proposal with a more long-term impact.
