感謝您對我們提案的審查，也謝謝您提出問題。以下跟您說明我自己和團隊的經驗，以及我們與 Wikimedia Taiwan 的關聯。

雖然我目前在 Wikimedia 平台上的直接編輯經驗不多，僅有少數嘗試過的詞條編輯（例如這筆巴宰語的辭條：https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wt/pzh/mamais）， 但我之所以想推動這個計畫，是出於對自己文化認同的重新認識，以及過去在相關領域累積的經驗。

在回歸家庭生活之前，我曾在國立政治大學原住民族研究中心擔任專任助理。當時中心承接了教育部原住民族語維基百科計畫，我在工作中負責協助會議、美術設計，以及像是維基年會期間海報製作、展覽美編和偶爾的會議支援。也因為這段經驗，我間接接觸到 Wikimedia Taiwan（包括 @Reke），對他們的運作模式和 Wikimedia 社群的運作方式有初步的認識。但必須坦白說，我與 Wikimedia Taiwan 的關係還不算熟悉，未來若計畫順利執行，仍希望能和他們有更多合作或諮詢。

至於巴宰族的文化復振，其實過去我並不是長期投入者。以前大多是聽長輩的指示幫忙做事，並沒有主動規劃。但近年隨著 Taba 內社內的長輩逐漸離世，我愈來愈強烈地意識到，如果再不記錄或保存，許多文化和語言很快就會消失。這種危機感，加上我在政大原民中心累積的經驗，讓我對自己的文化認同有了更深的思考，也決心開始主動投入。

在這個過程中，過去在政大負責維基計畫的助理 (@akamycoco)，也知道我想要保存與復振巴宰文化，非常熱心地協助我們。她邀請我們參加 5 月 14 日及 5 月 28 日的維基線上課程，學習基本的操作技巧。此外，她更在 2025 年 6 月 14 日親自來到我們 Taba 內社，協助宣傳與推廣維基，並幫助大家學習新知，討論並挑選最適合我們保存文化的方式。這些支持對我們來說非常重要，也讓我們更有信心跨出第一步。

我們目前的語言能力，還不足以像撒奇萊雅族社群一樣編寫維基百科條目，因此計畫先從較小、較能掌握的工作開始。這其中，像是阿拉粿（Alah-kue）的拍攝就是一個例子。阿拉粿其實是巴宰族的重要傳統食物，但多數人並不清楚阿拉粿和巴宰族之間的關聯。就像排灣族製作小米粽不僅是食物，也象徵文化傳承，我們希望透過紀錄阿拉粿的製作過程，保存巴宰族的文化記憶，也讓外界更清楚它背後的文化意義。

再來是 巴宰族過新年的紀錄部分。經過搜尋，我們發現 Wikimedia Commons 裡面，目前只有少數關於巴宰族烏牛欄社的編織物品照片，卻完全缺乏 Taba 內社巴宰族的影像紀錄。更重要的是，在民俗領域，像是過新年、歌舞表演這類文化活動，Commons 上幾乎沒有任何關於巴宰族的相關內容。這不僅是文化資料的空缺，也使得外界很難透過 Wikimedia 平台認識我們族群的文化特色。因此，我們希望透過這次計畫，為 Wikimedia Commons 補上這部分的空白，並讓更多人能看見巴宰族的文化樣貌。

此外，關於 Wiktionary 的部分，目前 Pazeh（巴宰語）版本仍處於 Wikimedia Incubator 的孵育階段。我們計畫從 Wiktionary 入門，累積經驗，期望未來能進一步編寫更多內容，逐步建立更完整的巴宰語詞庫，並讓更多人有機會學習與接觸這門語言。

因此我們計畫先從以下幾項工作著手：

1.拍攝阿拉粿Alah-kue (Pazeh rice cakes)製作過程，並製作白話字與部分巴宰語字幕的影片，讓文化與語言都能被看見。

2.紀錄 Taba 內社巴宰族過新年的活動，並拍攝、整理至少 50 張照片上傳 Wikimedia Commons，讓全球使用者能認識我們的文化慶典。

3.建立至少 100 筆巴宰語數位辭典，從 Wiktionary 入門，累積經驗，期望未來能進一步編寫更多內容。

簡單來說，雖然我們目前在 Wikimedia 平台上的實作經驗還不算多，但我和團隊在文化紀錄、影像製作，以及社群參與方面都有一定的基礎。我們相信，先從小規模、可執行的步驟著手，是我們加入 Wikimedia 運動、並為巴宰語言與文化保存作出實質貢獻的最佳方式。

Pazeh是少數族群，長輩平日大多使用Tâi-gí，年青人大多是華語，我們推廣Tâi-gí的過程中，Taba 內社巴宰族想要復振Pazeh語。

在維基共享資源中，無論是「照片」、「聲音」都非常稀少。(https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Pazeh)。

Review questions	Collated responses
1) Is the proposal clear in terms of the change it wants to make? Does the proposal indicate value/impact potential? Is the proposal viable?	TO SOME EXTENT Explanation 1a) Yes, compared with the other application in the same cycle - 撒奇萊雅族語言影像及語音紀錄 (ID: R-RF-2505-19062). This proposal provides more project details and clarity.
2) Does the applicant have the experience (technical / organizing) capacity to implement this project? Does the applicant or team have experience on target Wikimedia projects?	YES Explanation 2a) Not really. All the accounts were created in 2025. Only the team leader has significant experience, including Commons and Wikidata, but not with Wiktionary. The other accounts are new, created in May/June 2025 with less than 50 contributions. Support from a relevant affiliate is definitely needed. 2b) The National Chengchi University Indigenous Center explained the applicants' situation to Wikimedia Taiwan and mentioned that they are highly enthusiastic and the applicant/team has participated in Wikipedia activities in the past.
3) Does this proposal have support from Wikimedia community members?  Has there been sufficient engagement of community members through the endorsement and feedback process?	YES Explanation 3a) So far no. We need more samples of their experiences in the similar project since they don’t have a track record within the movement. They should include their experiences outside wiki.
4) Does the proposed budget adequately reflect the investment needed to achieve the proposed goals?	TO SOME EXTENT Explanation 4a) The total amount is reasonable. However, the miscellaneous expenses include accommodation and transportation, making it difficult to assess their reasonableness.
5) Does the applicant show clarity in what they hope to learn from their work given the change they are hoping to achieve?	TO SOME EXTENT Explanation 5a) Compared to other communities/projects in the ESEAP region, the proposed metric is too low. It could have more numbers for any outcome. 5b) Compared to other projects from communities in Taiwan, the proposed metrics seem reasonable. Based on the team’s experience (i.e. new), the Wiktionary's proposed content contribution of 100, might be a bit challenging, but the rest are reasonable.
6) Questions or feedback to the applicant based on your review	We need a response to these questions 6a) Could you share your past experience—or any relevant example—that is similar to this project? Feel free to provide a link to any cultural video, photo, or article, even if it's outside the Wikimedia movement. Noting that response to this question has been provided. 6b) There is an allocation for elder interviews. 6a）過往經驗與本計畫關聯 補足之前回應未能更仔細說明的部分，除了與 Wikimedia Taiwan (@Rake)的運作模式，也想提及2025年開始，協會新的營運狀況。由於過去幾位理事長相繼過世，原本的活動模式多以長者主導，內容相對制式化，僅固定舉辦過新年活動與族語教學。當時的紀錄方式較為簡單，僅有拍照或錄音，且缺乏與現代媒體結合的概念（如社群平台宣傳、影片製作與保留等）。

目前由我們接手的新團隊以青年為主，除延續既有文化活動，也積極將其轉化為可公開、可再利用的數位資源。我們在籌劃新年籌備會議、繪本校對、國小文化教學等活動時，皆同步進行拍攝、數位化與雲端存檔，確保資料可供檢核與後續應用（相關活動佐證資料雲端連結）。

我 (@Corn kuo)曾在國立政治大學原住民族研究中心擔任專任助理，參與教育部原住民族語維基百科計畫，支援會議與美編（如維基年會海報、展覽設計等），因此間接接觸 Wikimedia Taiwan (@Rake)，並了解其運作模式。這些經驗讓我能將文化活動結合數位保存，為巴宰族語言與文化建立更多可長期流通的資源。

6b）長者訪談規劃 我們將前往埔里烏牛欄社族親家中進行訪談與拍攝，先前在過新年活動中已與當地族親初步討論過訪談方式。拍攝會在埔里進行，並根據我目前在國立傳統藝術中心執行口述歷史訪談的專業經驗，確保內容完整與尊重受訪者文化脈絡。

訪談將聚焦於： 1.阿拉粿的文化意義、食材來源與製作過程 2.巴宰族過新年的習俗、流程與族人記憶 3.巴宰語詞彙與生活用語的回憶與教學

訪談腳本大綱： 1.自我介紹與暖場：介紹拍攝目的與用途，取得受訪者同意。 2.文化背景：詢問阿拉粿與過新年的文化意涵與歷史故事。 3.製作細節：逐步講解與示範阿拉粿的製作工序與食材選擇。 4.語言元素：請受訪者分享相關巴宰語詞彙，並進行簡單教學。 5.個人記憶：回顧過去參與過新年的經驗與重要事件。 6.結語：感謝與未來期望。

6c）交通與住宿費說明： 阿拉粿製作與長者訪談需前往南投埔里烏牛欄社，而我們的據點在苗栗三義。考量並非僅有工作人員前往，還會帶族人一同參與，紀錄製作與交流過程，計畫將包遊覽車前往。住宿費則預備用於需要提前抵達的情況，例如隔日清晨需採集材料，會有工作人員先行出發。 根據台灣國內出差旅費報支要點規定，假日住宿上限，每人每日為新台幣 4,500 元。但考量地區差異與經費節省，預計以每人每晚 2,500 元計算。本計畫從食材採集到製作，預計出差 2 次，每次 4 人參與： 住宿費：4 人 × 2 次 × 2,500 元 = 20,000 元。 交通費：由於地處偏遠，需要租車前往，估計每次 2,500 元 × 2 次 = 5,000 元。 （此為包車估算，也可用高鐵 + 客運 + 計程車等組合方式計算，費用差異不大）。 其他雜支（含臨時採購、材料、意外需求等）：5,000 元。 合計：20,000 + 5,000 + 5,000 = 30,000 元。 實際上，若依標準住宿費及交通費計算，雜費應高於 30,000 元，這已是經費精簡後的保守估算。

6d） 1.增加 Wiktionary 內容的計畫與急迫性 我們計劃在 Wikimedia Incubator 的巴宰語 Wiktionary（Pazeh）中，增加與阿拉粿及過新年相關的詞條，例如製作過程中的器具、食材名稱，以及新年活動中的儀式與歌舞名稱。這些內容將直接來自我們拍攝與訪談的資料，確保真實且具文化意義。

影片與 Wiktionary 將互相呼應；影片發布後同步分享相關詞條，並在社群聚會與文化教室中使用，讓參與者能邊看影片邊學習詞彙，並將 Wiktionary 作為長期查詢與保存資源的平台。

2025年7月在進行國小文化教學時，我們仍需使用相似族群（噶哈巫）的阿拉粿教學影片，因為沒有屬於巴宰族的公開數位內容。這凸顯了製作巴宰文化專屬影像與詞條的必要性，確保未來教學能使用真正屬於我們自己的資料。

2. 條目新增與媒體上傳計畫 我們其實已事先整理了一部分族語文字檔案；並製作成簡報教學，內容持續新增中。包含條目新增與媒體上傳的步驟說明，並放置於雲端供團隊成員隨時查閱與練習。此簡報涵蓋了 Wiktionary 條目的分類、分工方式，以及上傳至 Wikimedia Commons 的基本操作，確保所有參與者在實際新增條目與上傳媒體時，能夠遵循一致的流程並提升效率。 我們計劃在 2025 年 9 月中至 2026 年 3 月中完成 至少 100 條 Pazeh Wiktionary 條目，並同步將阿拉粿製作影片與過新年活動照片上傳至 Wikimedia Commons。

步驟與時間表 2025 年 9 月：拍攝阿拉粿製作並整理影片相關詞彙。 2025 年 9–11 月：分類詞彙（人物、植物、物品、動作、節慶用語等）並分配負責人。 2025 年 11 月初：紀錄過新年活動，補充節慶與文化詞彙及影像。 2025 年 12 月–2026 年 3 月：每月固定兩次聚會（第二與第四週週日下午，配合部落禮拜後），上傳 8–10 條詞彙並同步整理與上傳媒體。

分工方式 蒐集與整理組 @Corn kuo、@Pazeh_cykuo：從影片、訪談、教材中提取詞彙與媒體素材。 審定組@PanRebecca、@syuanzzz：確認詞義、拼音與文化背景。 上傳組@Pazehtaba2、@S281765：將審定後的詞條上傳 Wiktionary，並將媒體上傳 Wikimedia Commons，附正確描述與授權。

來源與連結 條目將對應阿拉粿與過新年影片片段，並附活動照片。 Wiktionary 條目與 Commons 媒體相互呼應，觀眾可於條目中點擊連結觀看影片或照片，了解詞彙的實際文化情境。

6e）社群連結與支持 除了@akamycoco，我也會與過去在國立政治大學原住民族研究中心共事的 @vickylin77amis 與 @Iyumu 聯繫。我也已加入台灣知識種子計畫，未來將積極與@Rake及其他社群成員洽詢，尋求經驗分享與協助。此外，我們也會評估其他文化與教育單位支持的可能性，以補足其它不足。

6f）參考資源 我們已參考 Wikitutor（印尼）及 Wikikata（馬來西亞）的案例頁面，以作為規劃音檔錄製、Meta 頁面建置與專案報告的參考架構，並計畫在專案中建立類似的資訊頁面。

6g）口述文化紀錄工具 我們會善用 Oral transcription toolkit 與 Toolkit for oral visual documentation of low resources languages，作為訪談與影像拍攝的作業指南，以確保巴宰語與文化紀錄的專業性與可長期利用性。
