PROJECT GOALS AND IMPACTS
[edit]Through the documentation of Nigeria's rich cultural heritage, the project aims to prevent cultural loss through the digitalization of Nigeria Cultural Heritage this will eventually enhance global understanding of Nigeria’s cultural identity. By collaborating with cultural institutions, historians, and local communities, it fosters authenticity while training individuals on how to document and share cultural content digitally. The NCHP aims to increase the representation of Nigerian traditions online, educate diverse audiences, and position Nigeria as a leader in preserving African cultural heritage in the digital age.
