I just finished reviewing your proposition. I rather endorse it, though I think the budget may be a little bit on the high side.

I suggest that you be careful this year that supporting documentation created on google doc (such as the one used to document your work in last year report...) should stay available and not been deleted. The links to last year googledocs indicate the documents have been deleted, which means there is no support of what you claimed you did. Make sure that documents you provide to prove your work are kept available. Also, if this content is meant for public consumption... it could also sit on a wiki page...

Also please make sure that the training is given about Wikiquote (not generic training organized for Art&Feminism) and that the slides for the Wikiquote training are shared on Commons.

Last, I note that you may be confused between translation of entries... and translatewiki. I do not understand what "translatewiki" entries do in your proposition.
