Strong support: The SheSaid campaign 2025 in the Senior Citizens Network is focused on closing both gender and content gaps by documenting (creating and improving) quotes from African women on Wikiquote. As this aligns with the mission of the Wikimedia movement, it will in turn help to sustain community engagement and capacity building in the network.

I think that our collective experience will be helpful in this project as it will enable us to call up books and other resources that have some interesting quotes. This will be interesting and many of us will like to participate. I support.

Strong support We advocate for inclusivity and maximum representation, hence, the seniors are like our living archive and their rich and veteran pool of resources are yet to be fully harnessed. Organising and including the Senior Citizens is a proof of our living up to the MS Recommendation 3. I strongly endorse and support this project as I see it as a means of reviving our seniors and giving them a sense of relevance in our space while also benefiting from their knowledge well.

I reviewed this proposition based on the 13 questions grid we developped to review rapid grant requests for WLA/SheSaid. Criterias reviewed show either a green light or are neutral.
Based on this review, I highly recommend and endorse this project.
