We have completed the review of your application and have decided to fund it in the amount of 2,279,360 XOF (3,675 USD). This decision was made with the following recommendations:

• The plan is strong, but some budget adjustments were necessary to ensure alignment with campaign priorities and cost-effectiveness.
• The proposed camera purchase was removed (-484 USD) due to the absence of a clear plan for its ownership and shared use within the group.
• Prizes were capped at a maximum of 500 USD to maintain fairness and budget balance.
• Stipends for jury members were capped at 100 USD per member.
• The cost of t-shirts was considered too high and has been adjusted to a maximum of 300 USD.
