Hello Barke11 and Wikimedians of Niger, thank you for submitting your Rapid Fund request. We appreciate your willingness to contribute to the Wiki Loves Africa campaign.

We have completed the review of your application and have decided to fund it in the amount of 1887770 XOF (3,200 USD). This decision was made with the following recommendations:

• The review team found the application and budget to be somewhat confusing; greater clarity and detail would be appreciated in future submissions.
• Metrics should be revised to avoid setting overly high targets, which may result in poor-quality uploads of nearly identical photos. Please focus on quality rather than quantity, as this has been noted as a prior issue with this group.
• The budget was adjusted due to high food costs, an excessive number of t-shirts relative to the number of participants, and several budget lines being on the high end.
• It is recommended to seek support from ambassadors to provide additional guidance and resources for the group.
• Finally, the names of prize winners and jury members must be publicly displayed to ensure transparency.
