1) Congratulations on the successful completion of your last project
We appreciate your candid sharing of the challenges that you experienced in your last project. Based on the learnings, how can we put in safeguards so that the same issues will not arise in this project? What type of additional support in terms of guidelines etc would you require?

- Thank you for taking the time to consider our proposal. I am responding on behalf of the team since Wikibility is a project I previously managed. The various cases we encountered in the previous project have provided us with valuable experience and lessons to refine this new project.
- We are carrying out this new project in collaboration with the same disability group, ensuring that they receive the full rights they deserve. To prevent past issues from recurring, we are taking into account each member’s background and role, as well as maintaining transparency, to avoid any imbalance or harm to any party. Each of us is actively contributing based on our expertise. Mas Putra, with his extensive contributions and knowledge of Wikimedia platforms, will assist in content hunting and the development of articles and media for publication. Ariq has experience in project management, as demonstrated through his work managing startup grant funds from BRIN alongside me. As the initiator of this idea, I hope we can complement each other and contribute according to our individual capacities. I recognize that I am a beginner who needs in-depth learning, which is why I rely on Mas Putra for media and article research for Wikimedia platforms, including Commons, Wikipedia, and Wikibooks, these being the key outputs of our project.
- The previous challenges arose because each of us naturally has leadership qualities, making decision-making difficult at times. As the previous project leader, I often chose to step back to ensure the project continued and successfully met its goals. However, I realize that experience was invaluable in shaping my character. As a result, my team and I have since secured larger funding and applied the lessons learned from that project to our future initiatives. To ensure protection, I will make sure that rights are distributed fairly, particularly for the disability group involved in this project, with direct oversight from our collaboration partner, Mr. Ken Kerta from the Lingkar Sosial Indonesia Organization.
- Secondly, Jacqueline, I appreciate being formally connected with Wikimedia Indonesia. We will make the most of this network and communicate further about the support we may need to develop our project if it is accepted.
