Strong support Wikimedia Madagascar is a fairly new community, and as such could really use the capacity building opportunity offered by the AfroCreatives WikiProject campaign. There is also an enormous gap on Malagasy film and TV subjects on Wikipedia which is best closed by locals who have to be trained on the best practices among other things with the help of this grant.
